Apply for Vietnam visa on arrival - The most used method
This method was made to make the Hong Kongese trip to Vietnam simpler and more economical. It is applicable only to those traveling by air to Vietnam. Vietnam visa on arrival is especially an advantage to those living far from the Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in Hong Kong.

Step 2: Make online payments via PayPal, OnePay, Gate2Shop, Western Union or Banking Transfer
Step 3: Follow the instructions that our staff sent you and you will get your approval letter via email. Please check your mailbox (including your Junk and Spam mail).
Step 4: Get your visa at the Vietnam international airport when you arrive in Vietnam.
For example: If you apply for 1-month single tourist visa for 1 person for a normal process, you will have to pay $19 processing fee in advance to get visa approval letter and pay $25 stamping fee later at an airport to get visa stamped. - After 1 or 2 working days, you will receive a Visa Approval Letter issued by Vietnam Immigration Department. This is not a Vietnam visa. Vietnam is currently launching a pilot e-Visa system for citizens from 80 countries. An e-Visa is single entry and valid for a maximum of 30 days. According to Vietnam Law, the visa expiry date must be at least 30 days before the passport expiry date. Therefore, an e-Visa expiry date must also be at least 30 days before the passport expiry date.

- Vietnam e-visa is only applicable for the citizens of 40 countries in the list.
- If your visa application is not be accepted, your visa fee will not be refunded.
- Vietnam e-visa is only available for 30 days with one single entry.
