1/ Get Vietnam visa at the Embassy of Vietnam in Spain

2/ Get Vietnam visa on arrival on our website
Spanish can apply for Vietnam visa on arrival on our website of which procedure is set up online totally. You can have a wide range of visa chosen and the lowest fee which is only starts from 19 US dollars for one person.
The procedure is quite straightforward that anyone can simply complete with four simple steps:
- Fill in the online application form
Start your visa on arrival application today through our secure simple online form which will take you less than 5 minutes.
The exact information includes full name, date of birth, passport number and nationality as passport details, the arrival date, arrival airport, choosing Visa type
- Settle payment
Please pay attention that double checks all information to make sure that they are all correct. This is the most important step.
There are many the payment methods, namely: PayPal, OnePay, Gate2Shop, Western Union or Banking Transfer and you can choose one of them to pay for the service fee, select to use extra services (Airport Fast Track/Car Pick-Up) if any
- Get visa approval letter
After you have successfully paid, you will get your approval letter via email. Please check your mailbox (including your Junk and Spam mail).
Then you need to:
Print out the letter and the entry-and-exit form
Fill out the entry-and-exit form
Prepare 2 passport-sized photos 4x6cm and cash for stamping fee
Put all above-mentioned things along with your passport in a package
And show them to Immigration officer at Vietnam arrival airports
- Get a visa stamp and visa sticker at the arrival airport.
Visa approval letter is able to use as a normal Visa when you board the plane. Upon landing, head to the Landing VISA (VOA) Counter, you must present the following all things in the prepared package to the Immigration officer to get your visa stamped. You will get the result within two working days. However, we suggest you apply for it one week prior to your arrival date.
3/ Get Vietnam e-visa
Under a government directive released in late January, citizens from 40 countries will be eligible to apply for the e-visas starting on February 1. And Spain is one of the nationalities included. For the full list of eligible nationalities, click here.
It will take three to four working days for tourists to receive the results which indicate that whether they can be granted for it or not.
Successful applicants will be able to print out their e-visa to present when they arrive.
However, the applicant won’t be able to ask for the refund in case her/his visa is rejected and this visa is valid for 30 day single entry only.

After you submit enough documents and pay the total fee of 44 dolars/pax, we will send you the visa within 4 working days via email. You won’t be charged of any more fee and easily travel to Vietnam by any transportation.
Important notice
- Before applying, you need to clarify that you can travel to Vietnam visa exemption which valid for 15 days. And for those who enters Viet Nam as unilateral visa-exempted: the entry date must be at least 30 days from the previous exit as a unilateral visa-exempted person. Otherwise, that person is required to have an approprate visa to enter Viet Nam.
- In accordance with Decision, No 80/2013/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister dated December 27, 2013, holders of foreign passports are exempted from Vietnam visa requirement for entry into, exit from Phu Quoc island, with duration of stay no longer than 30 days. In case if holders of foreign passports, before entering Phu Quoc, had transit through other international border gate of Viet Nam, he/she also enjoy such exemption.
