5.Santa Claus In Vietnam
It's very hot for Santa in Vietnam and it can't be very comfortable wearing all that velvet in a hot country! Santa is called "Ông già Noel". There are many charities which will train people who would like to be Santa Claus on Christmas Day. The training program includes from children toys, raindeers to the Jingle Bells song. Santa Clauses ride motorbikes instead of raindeers to bring gifts to children, including children in orphanages. After wearing the Santa Claus outfits, they all put some white powder on their faces to look more like Western people. So children in Vietnam love Santa Claus.
