Electronic Visa Vietnam for citizens of Myanmar

Electronic Visa Vietnam allows Burmese to travel to the country in three different ways: by plane, by air and by land with up to a 30 day validity.

How to understand about Electronic Visa Vietnam

Vietnam Immigration Department launched E-visa in February 1, 2017 for visitors from 40 countries. It can be used once and is valid for no longer than 30 days (Single entry). The E-visa pilot scheme will last for two years, starting from February 1, 2017. The results will be reported at the last NA session in 2018.

Fortunately, Myanmar is one of the nationalities that is eligible for Vietnam E-visa.

Notice:                                                                            

- You can visit Phu Quoc island in southern Vietnam without a Visa Vietnam for up to 30 days for tourist purposes. Tourists must arrive and leave across an international border crossing. If you arrive at Phu Quoc island without a Vietnam visa, you can not continue traveling into Vietnam.

- Burmese are exempt from visa of Vietnam if they stay in the country less than 14 days and have the entry at leat 30 days from the previous exit.

How to apply for E-visa

If you want to appy for this kind of Visa Vietnam, please send us your request via application form online, then send passport scan and two photos also your travelling sheme (entry port and exit port) to email address: visa@visa-vietnam.org.vn

We will hand the dossiers on your behalf to the Immigration Department. The result will be returned to you after four working days once the file is full and valid.

When you arrive at the approved border crossing in Vietnam, you need to hand the visa letter and your passport to be allowed to enter the area.

Notice:

• You can only enter Vietnam through 28 international ports as precribed in the Vietnamese law.
• You can use this visa to travel by all of the transports: by air, by sea and by land.
• You won’t have to pay any extra fee at the arrival destination. The total fee of your visa process is 44 USD for one person.
