Viet Nam VOA – Vietnam visa on arrival for Finnish

Finnish who stays more than 15 days or is not eligible for Vietnam visa exemption needs to apply for Viet Nam VOA and obtain valid approval letter before arriving. 

How to get Viet Nam VOA

Step 1: Fill in the Vietnam visa online application form

Fill in the application form with the correct details of your full name, date of birth, passport number and arrival date. After filling out all needed information, please double check to make sure it is correct, if there is any wrong information, your visa Vietnam will be denied.

Step 2: Settle the payment

We offer secure online payment through one of these following methods: OnePay, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Western Union, Stripe...

Step 3: Get your approval letter sent to the mailbox

After you submit your application and payment, we will start processing your visa. Within 2 working days (or shorter in the case of applying for rush Vietnam visa), we will send you an approval letter (pre-approved visa letter) by email. Then you just need to print the images file (or you can show on your phone), prepare at least 2 passports sized photos (4cm x 6cm) and the entry and exit form to show to the Immigration Cadres at the airport.

Step 4: Get your visa stamped

Upon arrival at Vietnam's airport in Hanoi, Danang, Cam Ranh or Ho Chi Minh, present your pre-prepared package and pay for the stamping fee and you will be allowed to enter Vietnam without hassle or trouble.

How much does Viet Nam VOA for Finnish cost?

There are 2 types of Vietnam visa fees that you must be aware of before applying for Vietnam visa on arrival:

1/ SERVICE FEE

Is the fee that must be paid to us for your process of visa approval letter that officially issued by the Vietnamese Immigration Department. Tourist visa and business visa are different in visa fees.

• Normal: for those who would like to get Vietnam visa within 24-48 working hours.
• Urgent: for those who would like to get Vietnam visa within 4-8 working hours.
• Emergency: for those who would like to get Vietnam visa within 30 minutes or need it the right way for flight.
• Penalty fee: for those who would like to arrive in Vietnam on Saturday, Sunday, or public Holiday but forgotten to apply for a visa in advance. We can make this visa in 30 minutes and we have staff at the airport who will take care of all the procedures for you when you arrive

For example: If you apply for the 1-month single tourist visa for 1 person for a normal process, you will have to pay $10 processing fee in advance to get a visa approval letter and pay $25 stamping fee later at an airport to get visa stamped. To get an urgent visa in 4-8 working hours, you have to pay $15 extra fee or getting an emergency visa in 1-4 working hours, you have to pay $45 extra fee.

Useful notes:

- Before applying online for a Vietnam Visa on arrival, the German citizen ensures that the passport has at least 6-month-validity and left pages from travel date.

- Visa on arrival is only applicable for Germans traveling by air to Vietnam.

2/ STAMPING FEE

Is the fee you are required to pay to Vietnam Immigration Officer at arrival port to get the stamp. The stamping fee must be IN CASH, a credit card is not accepted.

• $50/pax from 30 days to less than 90 days multiple entry visa
• $95/pax from 90 days to less than 180 days multiple entry visa
• $135/pax for 1-year multiple entry visas
