Airport Concierge

1. Do I need to tip the representative?

   No, you do not, and it is not expected by the representative. But if the service you get is particularly excellent, and the representative has gone out of their way to help you in some unusual way, and if you wish to thank them with a tip or gratuity you can do so, but this is totally at your discretion.
2. How do I make a change to or cancel my booking?

   If you already have your booking confirmation you must E-mail Vietnam Fast Track Service or the service provider with the change request as soon as you can. Where less than 48-hour notice is given then a percentage of the price paid may be charged. See our Terms and conditions. If you do not present yourself to the airport representative, or if you decide not to take a service that has booked, there will be no refund or credit for that service.

4. What happens if I am late or early

   For arrivals, if your scheduled landing time changes the representative will monitor the new time and be ready to meet you when you land. For departures if you know that you are going to be a little early or late arriving at the airport (e.g. because of traffic) then you should contact the representative so they can adjust the meeting time.
5. Who is recommeded to use fast track service?

   Fast track service help you save much time at the airport to get the Visa.

   - Fast Track Service Businessmen: An important upcoming meeting will take place in few hours upon arriving, or the next morning. At landing Visa counter, there are more than 100 people in line. Use Fast track service in order not to miss the meeting?

6. Why should I use the arrival fast-track service

   When using this service, you will get certain benefits as follows:
   - Services implemented quickly, do not need to wait for and get the line.
   - Being met from the aircraft gate.
   - Get visa stamp at landing visa counter without getting the line.
   - Be assisted and escorted through “fast track” immigration.
   - Baggage porters are available on request.
   - Executive car (if booked) will be parked up outside the arrivals terminal to ensure the minimum well time.
   - Please note that you can personalize and tailor make this service to your requirements.
7. What do I need to inform you in case I wish to use the arrival fast-track service?

   In order for us to arrange the fast-track service for you, please let us know your flight number and landing time in Vietnam.
