Fees and Payment

1. What is the stamping fee?

   Stamping fee is a fee directly paid to Vietnam Immigration Officer IN CASH at the arrival airport to get your visa stamped. This is a fixed amount to pay for Government.

   In accordance with Circular No. 157/2015/TT-BTC dated October 08, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance, stamping fee for foreigners under the management of Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs as details: 

   1. Single entry visa: US$25
   2. Multiple entries visa with the duration of:

   • 03 months: US$50
   • More than 03 months to 06 months: US$95
   • More than 06 months to 1 year: US$135

   For a convenient reason, you are advised to prepare cash to pay stamping fee before entering Vietnamese airports because you cannot pay by credit card, in case that there is not International ATM in the airport.

    
2. How safe are my credit card details?

   To settle payment, you are not required to pay directly to us but by the third party such as PayPal, Onepay, etc. which are professional with the highest and most modern security systems to prevent risks of stealing, misusing data, and fraud. 3. My credit card number is correct, but it was not accepted. Why?

   There are a few possibilities:

   • The card expiration date was entered incorrectly
   • You have reached your credit limit
   • There was a computer error
   • Your Visa Verified password/MasterSecure Code were entered incorrectly

4. How much total do I have to pay for Vietnam visa on arrival?

   In order to get Vietnam visa on arrival, there are two types of fee you are required to pay:

   1. Service fee: must be paid in advance for your process of visa approval letter that officially issued by Vietnam Immigration Department. The fee amount is determined by:

   • Number of entries (single/multiple)
   • Length of stay (1 month/3 months/6months/1 year)
   • Visiting purpose (business/tourist)
   • Processing time (normal/urgent/emergency/holiday case)

    

   2. Stamping fee: the fee you are required to pay for Vietnam Immigration Officers at arrival airport to get official visa stamped onto your passport. The stamping fee must be IN CASH, credit cards are not accepted.
